Who was holding the wedding where the goddess of chaos crashed and put the apple in front of 3 other goddesses?

Eris is the name of the goddess. The apple was for Aphrodite, Athena and Hera. It was the wedding or Thetis and Peleus. All three goddesses tried to bribe Paris with but with power and skill not money. Aphrodite won the bribe by offering the love of Helen which caused the Trojan War in the myth.
