I have a 15 year old son?

Not going to say if my son or stepson because I want honest opinion But he wont lift a finger I do landsacping and mowing I have 35 yards a week I pay him $10.00 an hour and Im not a slave driver but he wont work or help around the house my husband works contruction and is gone all day. Should I expect him to work a little or play gameboy 24hrs a day only come out to eat wont even clean his plate off when done just sits it down for me to do. Help Is 15 to young to work part time or help around the house a little?
