Can any tarp with a silver side be umed to be UV reflective and heat resistant?

The metallic surface reflects both visible and infrared, heat, but I don't know that it reflects UV. Mostly all one looks for is UV resistant, which anything made to be used outside that it anything but the cheapest junk will be made to be.
