Is my kitten having an allergic reaction?

I just brought my 9 week old kitten to get vaccinated yesterday. she recieved a 4 in 1, feline leukimia, and some kind of thing for worms. A few hours after she got home yesterday, she was really sliuggish and whenever my friends cat tried playing with her she would screech like it was hurting. She would also screech when i tried to pick her up or pet her anywhere besides her head. She moves very slowly and looks like shea about to fall asleep all the time. What could this be? No vets or animal shelters are open today for me to call, please help!!!
