Refrigerator problem?

idk the brand of this fridge but the freezer door handle has a cursive GE.. My freezer is the only part cooling and the fridge isn't. It started about a week ago and 2 days ago it started cooling again but it stopped again. The fridge and freezer both have a weird smell but that might be the food. Please help
