How do I make my dance shoes less slippery?
You can try rosin, it makes the soles of your shoes sticky. You could also try water in a spray bottle. Not enough to soak it, just to put a light coating on it. It also depends on what dance surface you are working on?? If it is wood, rosin. preferably not water... lol. But if it is Tarket? then use water or even just sc the bottoms of your shoes with a key. This can roughen up the soles and make it less slippery, if only marginally. wearing them on cement for a couple of minutes has the same effect. But DONT use rosin on tarket. It only makes it slipperier. Thats all i can come up with!! good luck!!
