My husband is being transferred to a city 2 hours away, should we move there?

He will be working 4 days per week, we do not know his days off yet. He is planning on renting a room and coming home on his days off. We figured out the gas and the amount we would spend in gas would about equal the rent he'd be paying. I am a teacher who has tenure, while I could probably find a position in the new city, I am very happy where I teach and I'm sure that this late in the summer, the good positions will already be taken. Plus, we just purchased this house in April. We could rent it out until housing conditions improve. My heart says to move because I will miss not seeing him everyday, after all life is short. My head says to stay put for 4 years ( I can retire in 4 years). We've been married 25 years, 20 of the years were spent in the military, so we've done the separation thing lots of times. What do you think? I'm just soliciting opinions.
