practice on the ground on your horse going into your 2-point. this will prepare you for the real jump. do it in a walk, then when you are comfortable, you can go into a trot. then after that, you can practice with ground poles. gradually take yourself higher and higher. be sure you are completely confident and you are not rushing. your horse will sense that you are nervous and she will think that she needs to be nervous too. hope this helps ☺
