How many grams of protein in a week's supply of boogers and seminal fluid ejaculation (4 times)?

Due to liver issues, I'm on a very strict diet limiting my protein intake. This week I was really nervous about my mother-in-law visiting me and making sure the lil brats behave so she doesn't think I'm a bad mommy, and all of this nervousness makes me pick my nose and eat it. So, it's the end of the week and I need to tally my protein count before my blood work in the morning. How much protein (in grams) would my husband's seminal fluids (4 servings) contain, as well as a weeks worth of boogers? Thanks and God bless!
