HELP with Chinese Hamster?

Syrian hamsters are completely different to Chinese hamsters. Chinese hamsters are nocturnal and that's probably why you don't see it much, especially in winter as they become very inactive due to the cold. You may want to move it to a slightly (you don't want to burn it) spot, and if you can get it a companion as they are very sociable. Hope this helps! :)
