Egg drop lab ideas? 8th grade. :)?

We have to do an egg drop lab. Everything we use has to be BIODEGRADABLE. (no plastic, styrofoam, sponges, etc. We can not tape or glue things directly on the egg. No parachutes or anything like that. It has to be smaller than a foot in all directions. Preferably under 16 g. No more that 30. Any ideas?
