Anybody know what this movie is called?

there is this hillbilly cop and he comes into a hold up and this other guy comes up and tells the hillbilly cop to hold his fire and the hillbilly cop shots all widly and the guy that started the hold up got away and the the hillbilly cop says"aww **** yall done lost em " and this one other guy goes tell the man he can go home and the guy goes "sniff sniff you can go home " anybody know
