Any advise on how to avoid engine failure on a ram 1500 4.7 L?

Some people have told me that the Dodge Rams 1500 with the 4.7 L engine are prone to engine failure i have looked online and they say it is because of oil sludge. I have a 2007 ram with that engine and I got a little afraid when i read and heard those comments. Does anyone knows how to avoid the engine from failing ? My engine has 37 K miles and i do my oil changes every 3 K miles every time ... Help please :( !
